The Boynton Beach Mall, 801 N. Congress Avenue.

We are rallying families, educators, and community partners to launch students into the school year with confidence, resources, and a whole lot of joy. Your organization can help us make that impact even bigger in 2025!

As a key community partner / vendor, we want your resources showcased to help families understand services that are offered and available to them. We want a win for the entire. family no matter what challenges they may be facing, or to help refer others to what you offer.

What Services or Products Do You Offer?

Thank you for desiring to participate in our Equipped to Thrive Back to School Event!

As part of your commitment in being one of the key community partners /vendors there, here are some details that you will need to know:

The Event will be held on: Saturday August 9th, 2025
from 11AM-3PM
The location is: The Boynton Beach Mall - 801 N Congress Ave Suite 295, Boynton Beach, FL 33426

Set Up Time & Parking:

We are asking that all community partners / vendors arrive no later than 9:45AM to set up, and park around the back (west facing) entrance of the mall nearest to Christ Fellowship Church and the bus loop. Please see the attached map: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Zm0AHJ_52F_FxQiAtiZXoQRmcoUXMwZl/view?usp=sharing. Parking is open and does not have any special designations. Once you park, please proceed to the main doors where we will have someone let you in to set up in the center of the mall (straight ahead) near the fountain. **Please note that only vendors/community partners, or sponsors that have REGISTERED using this form will be able to gain entry for setup. What to Bring:

Please bring your signs/flyers/banners/business cards/collateral
Please bring your 6ft or 4ft table(s), table coverings, and chairs
Any Free giveaways, School related trinkets (bookmarks, pencils etc.), family friendly items that you may have.

What We Are Asking From You:

This will be a FREE event for both vendors and those that attend as we look to unite resources and community together while creating fun and meaningful connections for all involved in the heart of Boynton Beach. As a result, we want this to be impactful on every level for all organizations in attendance and especially for the children, families and single moms that we get to serve. With your help we can bring joy and hope to each family and SPREAD THE WORD to make it a win for all!
